Summers have started and in India summers arrival is marked by MANGOES. I never ever could understand why there is so much fuss about mangoes in India.I can see your frowning expression over the word "Fuss" but for me it is actually inscrutable.
Love likes mangoes very much and he was always very very skeptical that whether Aarav will like mangoes or not. Since I am not fond of it so he was skeptical that Aarav should not pick same thing. Like not eating mangoes is a disease. In india it is actually looked upon as a disease. Hahaha Funny!!! One of my friend's mother took him to doctor just for this reason .. "NOT EATING MANGOES". It took a while for that doctor to make her believe that its not a disease.
Today we introduced Aarav to mango and he absolutely loved it. He is extremely fond of mangoes and can eat one mango in a go. You can see his expressions.

Mangoes have a very high beta carotene content, surfeit of vitamins, fiber and essential
minerals. It is very nutritious for your toddler and also
provides him the energy he needs. So do stock up mangoes in summers and introduce your kiddo to its taste. I am sure he will absolutely love it.
